STAGE NEEDS
SOUND SYSTEM: Amplifier, two speakers, at least four (4) microphones with stands, one boom stand. One lavaliere microphone for David Blauw if possible. Tuned acoustic piano or keyboard with weighted keys and damper pedal.
LIGHTING: Follow spot or stage lighting of some sort if possible.
CONFERENCE FEE: less a $250. non-refundable deposit to be paid upon the signing of this contract. Balance Due after payment of deposit: $
TRAVEL FEE: Round trip airfare from Hartford, CT and round trip airfare from Grand Rapids, MI plus a standard $50.00 venue fee for airport parking, tips, etc.
